Thermal Spray Powders - Micro Grits

CUMI produces Pure Alumina, Alumina – Titania Composite, Pure Titania and Pure Chromia Powders for thermal spray and plasma spray applications.

These powders are manufactured by fusion of pure raw materials. The fused products are ground and classified to yield narrow particle size distributions.  The powders are designed for use with standard Plasma Spray and HVOF equipment.

The closely controlled Chemical Composition and particle size distribution are instrumental in producing uniform high quality ceramic coatings. The dense and rounded particles ensure free flow of the powders.
