Final Dividend for the financial year 2010-11
The Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year. In this connection, Friday, the 26th of July 2011 to, Friday the 5th of July 2011 (both days inclusive) will be the Book Closure period for the payment of the dividend.
Interim Dividend for the financial year 2010-11
The Company had paid an interim dividend of Rs.1.5/- (rupee one and paise fifty only) per equity share of Rs 2/- each on 24th February 2011. In this connection, Tuesday, 15th February 2011 was the record date.
