High Alumina Metallized ceramics envelopes are used for Vacuum interrupters due to high dielectric strength of the ceramics, excellent insulation resistance which enhances interruption capability of Interrupters. Excellent Hermetic sealing (Leak tight joints) of CUMI Metallized ceramics help maintaining the required vacuum level for efficient arc quenching in the interrupters. High mechanical strength of Metallized layer provides longer life to the interrupters.

We manufacture all verity of ceramic cylinders for vacuum interrupter applications with outer diameter ranging from 1.0” to 7.0”. These ranges include all the shapes whether it is Simple or Corrugated and Stepped or Grooved.
